Exchanges and Returns
Any exchanges or returns should be done within seven days after receiving the product. The product should be in an unused, unopened, new condition. All shipping costs on exchanges or returns will be paid by the customer.
In the case of receiving defective merchandise, the customer should immediately take a picture of the product and contact us via email (with the picture attached) or phone. Do not discard the product. All shipping costs will be payed by La Guadalupana Imports Inc.
Most merchandise will be shipped the following day after making the purchase. Once the order has been shipped, time in transit can take from 1-9 days depending on your location. The customer will receive a tracking number to track the shipment. In the case of out of stock orders, the customer will be contacted to be offered the option of exchanging the product, canceling the order, or wait until we restock.
